The library houses about 1646 books of which 300 were purchased during the last 5 years. Apart from books, the library also keeps a record of the M.Phil. theses and Journals. 20 books purchased with funds allotted for extramural research projects were added to the library during the years 2014-17.Our Department Botanical library specializing in the preservation and collection of literature and materials about plants .Our Library support the academic and research interests of the faculty, researchers, staff and students of our college .Being a departmental library its main objective is to provide latest information to the students and research scholars about plants .It also contains Journals helps students to gain various knowledge about broad field of researches and methods.
