OBJECTIVES OF PLACEMENT CELL
- To assist students to develop/clarify their academic and career interest, further evaluate their short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions.
- To provide the knowledge about the basic skill set needed for Aptitude tests, Group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
- To enhance the employability skills of the students by organising guest speakers, corporate personnel and most importantly by the immediately placed senior students.
- To prepare students for placement in reputed companies.
- To organise on-campus and off-campus interviews for final year students and facilitate internship with industries and reputed institutes.
- To minimize the skill gap through regular interaction with industry through Seminars, Workshops, Guest Lectures and Conferences.
