Tutor-Ward system plays a very active role in the implementation of the same, where the tutors maintain a complete history of their wards. Teachers hold regular meetings with their wards to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the wards and deal with them accordingly, and the wards watchfully progress during the period of the course.
