ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The Department of Commerce, as it gloriously marches towards its 50th year, empowers students with knowledge and skills pertinent to the business domain. In the Department’s pursuit of creating responsible business leaders, the students are imparted a balanced understanding in the core areas like Taxation, Finance, Marketing, HR, OB and Law. During the study, students develop the ability to adopt critical thinking and problem-solving approach enabling them to comprehend the dynamics of the corporate world. They are also equipped to handle the technology in the relevant field to face the complexities of the digital era.
