•  Calling for Action Plan at the beginning of every academic year
• Discussion on the qualitative measures to be taken including setting up of bench marks
• Submission of Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) of the previous year
• Meetings of Academic Audit (Internal) to discuss the results of the previous Semester- end examination and suggest remedial measures for the betterment of the performance of the stakeholders
• Collection and Compilation of data pertaining to the Faculty, stakeholders and the institutional data and preparation of various Proposals
• Periodical meetings on issues in demand of the day and the follow up of action plans proposed
• Calling for action plan for the next academic year at the end of current academic year
